Dr. Farnsworth has helped us with three pet emergencies over the years and has always been so compassionate and kind. Our most recent visit was for our 10month old kitten who aspirated vomit and needed to be hospitalized for 24hrs. We were able to call for updates and come visit him. There was another vet there at that time who was very friendly and gave us an update on his progress. The staff are polite, professional, and quick to answer the phone or doorbell. The facilities are clean and cozy. Very reassuring that if we ha... read more
I brought in a severely injured stray dog to this emergency clinic, hoping they would at least provide urgent care or stabilize him. The dog was clearly in critical condition and suffering. I explained that the dog was not mine and that I had found him like that, but I was trying to help save his life. Despite this being an emergency situation, the clinic refused to provide any treatment unless I could pay upfront.they asked 800 dollars just to look at him and make a diagnostic. We have had to come here on holidays and after-hours when our vet office was closed, and they have always taken great care of our kitties during some scary situations. I am so grateful for Dr. O’Dea’s professionalism, compassion and honesty. When we ... read more
Not worth coming here. I spent $350 for nothing but them to stick a cone on my cat and give him ear drops and gabapentin just to be told to go somewhere else to assist with his hematoma. My regular vet was not able to accommodate what he needed so I went to Tropicana animal hospital after coming here and they drained his ear and gave him shots, which was at least more than this place did. We ended up going to Dewey animal hospital and they did the most care and gave him antibiotics and steroids for a reasonable price. I spen... read more
The only Emergency Vet I'll ever go to!!! Dr. O'Dea was truly amazing. On Tuesday, March 24th into the 25th My poor dog gave me the scare of my life after thinking he ate a bandage from his leg. Within minutes of calling, I arrived in the office with my Sunny, and Carmen at the front desk took my baby to the back and induced vomiting within minutes, as time was of the essence. Fortunately, there was no bandage as I did discover the bandage the next day on our morning walk.../ guess it slipped off and I didn't notice. However... read more
