I am actually so excited to be giving this review! I actually got prettty lucky to find them. My previous dentist (whom I was not crazy about, called to see if I wanted to visit them). Scheduling was easy and friendly. Upon my first visit my dental assistant named Mercedes was soooo nice! We giggled the whole consult. I was then scheduled to return for my actual dental work due to MY time constraints, and they were happy to oblige! This was my first time at this dentistry and also my first time getting my teeth extracted. I was in excruciating pain from on of my wisdom teeth and they were able to get me in same day! And they were some of the nicest people of met in a medical setting in a long time! They seem to actually care about the individual person, didn’t rush me and continuously checked on me during the procedure asking me if I was in any type of pain and also after double checking if i needed anything! Very genuine people! Definitely recommend

My first visit to the office was very pleasant. Starting from front desk staff, all the ladies were very friendly and welcoming. I was quickly taken back for my appointment and my hygienist was very gentle and helpful with explaining everything to me. Dr. Han was very kind and I felt he was genuinely interested in my concerns and questions. I would definitely recommend family and friends to visit BtyDental Federal Way for their dental care needs!

This was my first visit and I found everyone to be very friendly and timely. Dr. Halder did a great job cleaning my teeth. He and hygienist Santiago took extra care to keep me comfortable and informed. Looking forward to my next six month appointment.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The office is spotless, modern, and welcoming—calming colors, cozy seating, and a layout that instantly puts you at ease.
