Excellent experience! I had a crown fall out that was originally done by a dentist who is no longer at the practice. The dentist took great care of me, provided helpful advice on preventing future issues, and was able to save me money with a discount since I currently don't have dental insurance. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about my comfort. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience at BTY Dental in Federal Way. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and very professional. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-organized, which made me feel comfortable right away. I had a great experience at this dental office and would definitely give them five stars. Alexis, the dental assistant, was incredibly thorough and took her time during every step of the visit. While things moved a bit slower, I actually really appreciated it because she explained everything she was doing, which made me feel comfortable and informed the whole time.
