I had an excellent experience today at this office! I was welcomed by a lovely young lady Gabby, who then further assisted me through the whole process of getting an x-ray and cleaning. She was very professional and sweet. As for Dr. Dom, he was affirmative and made sure I knew the information I needed to understand my teeth’s health. I started going to btyDENTAL (Bonney Lake) just a couple months ago, after not seeing a dentist at all for several years. They are conveniently located one block off the highway with plenty of parking. Once inside, the facilities are warm, spacious, clean, and bright. There are about a dozen operating rooms (usually only a handful in use at a given time), all featuring the latest equipment. I recently visited btyDental for four fillings, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, everything felt smooth and professional. Place is Shady they told me I needed a crown multiple times. I didn't have any pain in my tooth and I wanted to get a second opinion so I went to another dentist and then another to confirm both of them said I do not need a crown at all and do not have cavities. There's plenty of honest dentist this one isn't one of them. I went here after I scheduled an appointment for my daughter and seen how nice the office was. Gabby was a SWEETHEART!!! A few years ago I got in a bad motorcycle accident and was in a coma for almost 3 months.
