I moved to WA and had to find a dentist and from day 1 BTY staff was amazing! I had to have many extractions for dentures and the first set I complained that they didn't give me a way to manage my pain and this time when I went in they went above and beyond, it was snowing and they brought me a blanket and a heater and even made sure I had pain meds ready at the pharmacy. I am very impressed with BTY and their dedication to making their customers happy!

Had a cleaning and filling work. I’d rank it as one of if not THE best dental work I’ve had. Friendly staff, clean facility. They gave me a break between cleaning and filling which I didn’t mind. I’m a huge fan of jaw blockers so my jaw doesn’t get sore. Allows me to relax while they work. Great place would recommend 👍🏽

I have extreme dental anxiety from bad experiences in the past. I have very bad teeth after pregnancy and feel embarrassed going in. Dr Joung was amazing. He gave me options wasn’t shaming me about my teeth. He made me feel comfortable and took a lot of care with my extractions. The staff was equally as kind and friendly. I’ll be going here from now on to get my smile back. 10/10 recommend

Appointment was with most consideration to my schedule. although this is a fairly new clinic staff to me, the service, personality, professionalism of everyone I had contact with was outstanding. With several dental services available in this area, I will continue with, and highly recommend btyDENTAL here in DuPont. Paul K.

My dentist is good and my hygienist also the staff members. Except the adjustable dental chair is kind of old and very uncomfortable especially I have a bad back. But I have good dentist Dr Joung. I recommend him if you’re looking for a good dentist.
