I had an excellent experience at BTY Dental in Federal Way. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and very professional. I had a great experience at this dental office and would definitely give them five stars. Alexis, the dental assistant, was incredibly thorough and took her time during every step of the visit. While things moved a bit slower, I actually really appreciated it because she explained everything she was doing, which made me feel comfortable and informed the whole time. This is a LOVELY dentist office. The staff is wonderful. Kristina who answered my initial call was so kind and treated me so well when I was in an immense amount of pain. The whole staff is kind and I felt well taken care of. The office has a welcoming and warm environment, so happy to have found this place! Thank you! Also, amazing playlist! :D
