All personnel were great! Haven't been to the dentist for more then 4+ years (they didn't guilt trip me for not going in often or flossing). Ben spoke to me through everything he was doing. I have severe anxiety and it was really helpful. Cleaning was gentle as could be and got a little goodie bag. Not the greatest results for myself, but detailed explanations was given for what was needed per each tooth that needed work. Highly recommend this place! Thank You!

So far the care seems great, I had to have all my lower teeth extracted unfortunately which the staff were all pleasantly amazing and very professional, I do have to apologize once more while being all numb I did bite Mr.Kim pretty hard, I was unaware cuz I was well into the procedure I guess but it was a fast and somewhat painless as much as possible or can be expected. ... my only concern is they did not stitch up the socket where they took 3 from my upper jaw leaving a huge whole in the roof of my mouth and I think maybe ... read more

All the staff was great very helpful and ready to answer any questions. They got me in and out and addressed any needed issues that might have arised it was a great experience. For going to the dentist

The dental clinic was excellent and the doctors and all the technicians were were very friendly. They were gentle and fast. They provided me exceptional cleaning of my teeth. I loved their service, would definitely recommend to others. Thank you BTY Dental.!!!
