I had a great experience from booking to going in for my first couple appointments! The front desk ladies are welcoming. The dental assistants were great too. Dr. Su was incredible! She was gentle & thorough. She didn’t pressure me into any treatment, instead she educated me on why she recommended it and helped me decide what my next steps would be. Thank you btyDental Sumner!

I had such a great experience at Bty Dental! The staff is great and super friendly. Dr. Suh and Stephanie were absolutely amazing and gentle and very patient with me during my visit (I had major anxiety going in & always had at dental visits). Dr. Suh was very caring and kind and it just made my overall experience that much better. So thank you to Bty Dental in Sumner!

The staff was simply wonderful—everyone was friendly and welcoming. I don't speak English very well, but the staff went out of their way to explain everything to me in the clearest possible terms, and even used a translator. The doctor extracted the tooth quickly and painlessly, and placed a bone graft. Now, all that remains is to wait for it to heal and have the stitches removed. I really hope everything goes well, and I will be recommending this clinic to my friends.

I’m working with Dr. Kim and dental assistant Stephanie, I get really nervous at the dentist but they have been great. Very sweet and attentive. Work has been the best I’ve ever received so far! The front desk ladies Janessa and Mallerie are very kind and helped me figure out the financial side of things. I will be recommending all my friends to go here.

Finding a new dentist is always hard! I'm so happy to have found this office! The staff are so friendly and efficient! The doctor was so gentle with the numbing process, didn't feel the needle at all!! She also explained my issues clearly and suggested a clear plan. I'm older and my bones are receding. So again so happy to have found these guys!!
