Went today for the first time for cleaning. From the moment you walk in, everyone at the front desk was really nice and welcoming. I saw Luz for cleaning and she was thorough and the whole process was quick and painless free. Left the office w no pain afterwards as i usually am after a cleaning appointment. Dr. Samantha Rawdin came in after my visit and was great. Amazing table side manners and patient answering all my questions where she made it easy for me to understand. At around 10pm on a Wednesday night, riding home on the subway, one of my top teeth decided it had had enough of me, snapped out of place, and fell into my mouth. Yes, the entire tooth. A recurring nightmare, suddenly real. I texted a friend who’d just had her own tooth disaster, and she told me to call Dr. Andrew Konigsberg first thing Thursday morning. My family has been going to Gallery57 for 10+ years now. They are so caring, provide excellent services, and have state of the art facilities. The staff are extremely professional, notably the hygienists (Elena, Rosie and Aliza) are so thorough and so kind. The dentists- we see Dr Koenigsberg and Dr Rebecca --are simply best in their field and we trust them with all our dental needs. They (father and daughter duo!) have both been there for us through several dental crises! We love this practice.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Rob Rawdin and his team most importantly, his wonderful hygienist Elena for almost the last decade. Couldn’t be more happy with their gentle, delicate care and incredible bedside manner. As someone who is the first to pain and avoid going to the dentist, they make it absolute pleasure with warmth, optimism, and absolute delight when you walk in the door! Thank you so much for taking care of me and my family.
I moved to England so I have to find a new dentist. After the examination, my new dentist said my dentist in New York did an excellent job. He has been doing this job for a long time, and he doesn't give praise often.
