The mark up on their prescription was more than quadruple of what I purchased through a reputable online retailer for the exact brand name. They urged me to pay for additional testing, although they couldn't seem to spell my pet's name correctly and they recorded half-truths in my pets medical records about me, because I asked too many questions and refuse to authorize/pay for additional testing. ❎
