Dr. Neil is an exceptional surgeon. However his practice could use a little customer service help. One waiting an hour after your scheduled appointment is unacceptable, no matter how good your surgeon is. My time is just as valuable. The “new doc “ in Slidell. Is very nice, however, when the first appointment is scheduled at 8AM and he shows up bag on his shoulder and water bottle in hand at 8:15-8:20. In-Acceptable!! Every contact in this practice has always been the epitome of what I would hope for and appreciate in a medical practice. Excellent care and empathy, never a rushed or inconvenienced attitude. I’m fortunate to have followed their high recommendation from so many different people in our community!
Dr. Neil is the kindest, most thorough doctor you could ever ask for. He takes his time with patients, is extremely knowledgeable, and explains everything he is doing as well as what you can expect after procedures. I recommend him 1000%. His office staff and other doctors onsite are top notch as well.
I can see! The first thing I exclaimed just as Dr Notaroberto entered, a post-surgery visit less than 2 weeks after the operation. My left eye just had a traditional cataract surgery by Dr Notaroberto is now 20/20 vision. I can see my vision improves tremendously without any issues in less than 2 weeks after surgery. The surgery was painless. I passed out and did not know if it ever happened. When I was conscious, my wife was at my bedside ready to take me home.
