Friendly and caring! I had a very good experience at this clinic. I was about to go on a trip but my tooth had been bothering me for several days. I didn't want to go on a trip with an aching tooth. So I had to call Dr. Colaizy and he responded almost immediately although it was after clinic hour. He was very kind and willing to help. So, I went in to see him. Him and one of his staffs came in and I ended up having...

Great Dentist! I have been going to Dr. Colaizy for a number of years. I have always felt very comfortable at his office. I've had my share of dental problems and he has done a great job with my teeth. I've needed a few root canals and he is able to get me in quick when I've been in pain. He recently put an implant in my jaw and to my surprise I had no pain after the surgery. Thanks Doc!

Sour, Bitter Receptionists; Medicore Dentist I left Groveland Dental after three appointments. The only person with any sense of customer service was the dental hygienist. While I was there waiting -- on one of the two chairs in the ""waiting room"" -- I overheard one of the receptionists say to a customer seeking to change the time of an appointment, ""That's not my problem that's yours."" This wasn't out of character for this...
