I decided recently to change vets to decrease the driving time since our previous vet was about 45 minutes from my home. I’ve been in 2 times in the last couple of months. Everyone has been so kind and friendly. The waiting area had plenty of seating and the patient rooms are spacious with seating. With me seeing a different vet for the last 5 years my first visit was probably longer than normal. I absolutely love Jefferson Animal Hospital! Dr. Phillips is incredibly knowledgeable and always has the best treatment plan for Astro. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and is always so thoughtful and thorough in his care. Alyana is also wonderful. She is always kind, helpful, and genuinely caring whenever we’re there. The entire front office staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a great experience. I’m very grateful to have such a great team taking care of Astro.
I had a wonderful experience at Jefferson Animal Hospital. The staff was friendly, compassionate, and always takes excellent care my sweet peaches and Charlie . The veterinarians were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I have never had a bad experience in the three years they have administered medical care on my two pitbulls. Drew standridge is the most patient veterinarian technician I have ever met in my 26 years of pet ownership I will never go to another clinic unless he works there. My youngest baby has pretty severe anxiety and my oldest baby has some medical aggression he and Dr.Campbell go the extra mile to make my dogs feel safe and comfortable during each visit. I would give 10 stars if possible.
