I had a wonderful experience at Jefferson Animal Hospital. The staff was friendly, compassionate, and always takes excellent care my sweet peaches and Charlie . The veterinarians were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I have never had a bad experience in the three years they have administered medical care on my two pitbulls. Drew standridge is the most patient veterinarian technician I have ever met in my 26 years of pet ownership I will never go to another clinic unless he works there. My youngest baby has pretty severe anxiety and my oldest baby has some medical aggression he and Dr.Campbell go the extra mile to make my dogs feel safe and comfortable during each visit. I would give 10 stars if possible.
I’ve trusted Jefferson Animal Hospital with my pets for 20 years, and I honestly can’t imagine taking them anywhere else. Over those two decades, I’ve loved and cared for 10 dogs, and every single one of them has been treated here with kindness, patience, and true compassion. Disappointed in the vet care here - each Vet will give a different opinion, and they don't read the chart before coming in the room. None of them show continuity in care, and even after years of visits have any idea what they've seen your pet for before.
