escrow staff were wonderful explaining everything to us with a very pleasant voice and called us back when I leave a message for them to call me back; at the end Trina gave us the needed information after the closing date to ease the process and again was pretty nice and accommodating; my husband and I are both seniors and initially we were apprehensive towards the end of the process thinking about scamming but to my fellow seniors let me tell you that they are not and are legit so go ahead use them
