I wish I could give Dr. MacPhail more than 5 stars!!! I’ve had my bad share with dentist but Dr. MacPhail and her staff are amazing!! From the moment you walk in you feel like family! They are sooo caring and patient! Shout out to Mary the hygienist! I know I can be a tad difficult but she was very patient and kept checking in on me the WHOLE time. Huge shout out Dr.MacPhail and her team for setting a high bar for dentistry. The atmosphere in there is so friendly and inviting from the moment you walk in. Dr.MacPhail takes the time to explain her treatment plan with you and answers any questions you may have. She’s very observant on the way you’re feeling while she is working on you, and checks to make sure you’re still good. 😁 She truly cares about her patients and it shows. This place was a terrible experience for me. The main issue I had with it is that they never told me that instead of billing insurance and having you pay the remainder like every other dental/medical office I've ever been to, they require 100% payment up front. Then they bill your insurance and have the insurance company cut you a check. This is very expensive and inconvenient. I had a great experience at MacPhail Signature Smiles! Dr MacPhail and her staff Nikki and Bekah made me feel very comfortable, answered all my questions and provided high quality dental care! Dr has been my dentist for a couple years now, and she always takes great care of me and my whole family! Highly recommend! Thank you again!
They have the best most cordial staff. And always smiling. Mary did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth meticulously and Bekah as usual was her jovial self. I love going there.
