I was a new patient looking for a welcoming staff who made me feel Comfortable and explained exactly what was happening. This was just that place. They were amazing. They were very thorough and took great care of me. My insurance coverage was changing in just a few days and they took care of everything to change all information and be sure I knew what was happening. Great experience

They not only delivered exceptional customer service, but also took the time to share insight and education throughout every step of my exam. Staff were very polite. I have been to a few eye care places and Magnolia seamed the most knowledgeable and thorough. Couldn’t be happier with the prompt service and help I received.

I have been looking for a new eye doctor after not being satisfied with the one I used for years and decided to try Magnolia. Making an appointment was so easy and the young lady was so nice. Everything as far as pricing was told up front with no surprises and the Dr. asked questions and explained everything she was doing and made suggestions that would benefit me. Highly recommend.

They are amazing with updated equipment great personality and Dr and staff that are amazing also a great selection in frames with a sweet lady to help assist in what frames are best for you . Put the readers down and make an eye appointment. I promise you want regret it!!! They also have really helped my momma with her eyes. Other doctors seem to say nothing we can do !! Well they were WRONG!!!
