This visit was my first and I couldn’t be more pleased. What an inviting waiting room! And the staff were as friendly and helpful as one expected in such an appealing place. My wait was not long and I found the technician who assisted me and performed the initial tests to be equally friendly, cheerful and competent. I’m thinking to myself,” I’m really liking it here”. Love walking through the door to a bunch of smiling faces that great you as soon as you walk through the door. Never waited longer than 5 min after my appt and most importantly, you don’t feel rushed out the door while talking to Dr. Taylor. Great selection of glasses too!! Can’t wait to get my new readers!!
Oh the employees doctors and just loves them all they always have happy happy smile and everyone is just so mighty sweet amazing and happy and smiley and friendly very good at jobs helping me making sure my glasses are perfect and fit perfectly before i leave and always give reminders appointments i can go on and on about how very very clean the place is and how wonderful awesome and amazing how everyone always are just loves them all because they are all always are so nice friendly and helpful they all are I'm so very grate... read more
Great staff! Welcoming from the moment you step in the front door. Efficient. Beautiful facility. Dr’s were amazing and the wait time was almost non-existent. Highly recommend!
This was my first experience with The Magnolia Group. I give them 5 stars. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. I had a very though examination. I got new glasses. They only sold me the glasses and did not try to upsell me on things I did not need. I would recommend Dr. Thrower to anyone
