I had a great experience today at Maplewood. Iris was very friendly and so helpful after the bad experience I had at a neighboring practice. She was able to get me in quickly and help me with my insurance as well. Dr. Chidester did a great job with my procedure, he explained everything thoroughly and made me feel like I was a valued patient.

I want to give a 10 star outstanding review to Maplewood Family Dental Team! I had a bit of a dental emergency yesterday, causing pain, and escalating quickly throughout that 24 hour period. A friend recommended Dr Chidester and his amazing staff. I called the office, and Amani was helpful, compassionate, and professional.. She worked with my schedule to get me in that afternoon. INCREDIBLE DENTIST OFFICE. I came here for a cleaning and to establish a new dentist last Friday for my first visit in entirely too long, and my experience truly could not have been better. Everyone is so warm and welcoming, professional, friendly, and made sure i had a great experience every step of the way. After having a bad experience with my previous dentist, I was relieved to be able to get a same-day appointment at Maplewood Family Dentistry. This place is amazing! The Staff are all so kind and courteous. I have never in my 50 years of living been to a dentist office that made me feel so comfortable. They were very patient and thorough It is evident that patient care is their priority. I would definitely recommend making this your dental home.
