I had a great experience today at Maplewood. Iris was very friendly and so helpful after the bad experience I had at a neighboring practice. She was able to get me in quickly and help me with my insurance as well. Dr. Chidester did a great job with my procedure, he explained everything thoroughly and made me feel like I was a valued patient.
After having a bad experience with my previous dentist, I was relieved to be able to get a same-day appointment at Maplewood Family Dentistry. This place is amazing! The Staff are all so kind and courteous. I have never in my 50 years of living been to a dentist office that made me feel so comfortable. They were very patient and thorough It is evident that patient care is their priority. I would definitely recommend making this your dental home.
It's been years since I've been to the dentist so I was very nervous for this appointment, but all that feeling melted right away because they were all so friendly and made me very comfortable. I only came in for a cleaning but I also agreed to fix my fillings (because I definitely needed it) so an hour turned to 4. This place is AMAZING. I was able to get a same day appointment to get a cavity filling. All the staff is super nice, the building is nice and clean, and the doctor is fantastic. He explains everything he is going to do, and is very skilled. I got a cavity filled, and had absolutely NO pain. I was able to eat just a few hours later with NO pain, and the next day I am completely back to normal. Do yourself a favor and come here, I’m not exaggerating when u say that it was the best, most painless dentist visit I have ever had
