Best experience I've ever had! Great team that treats you like family. They have a wonderful selection of frames, and help you determine the best lenses for your needs. Their technology is mind blowing and very accurate at figuring out your prescription with ease. The glasses maybe a little expensive, but you get what you pay for, and given what you get the prices seem fair. Id highly recommend and I will definitely continue going to Dr. Melissa.

My goodness 1st impressions are important & in this case have definitely been an indicator for how the morning would go, The welcome smiles, and invitation to relax and get myself a hot beverage made me feel right at home. Every person I met that morning was so upbeat and it was a robust morning to be out the last day of 2025. I appreciated the attention you and clarification of my eye journey. I saw Dr. McCulley for the first time last year. I had itchy, red, and flakey eyelids pop-up out of no where and wanted to get them looked at as soon as possible. Upon a quick Google, McCulley Optix Gallery had a same-day appointment available. I was met with an incredible team, gorgeous facility, and the friendliest doctor ever! I have been going to an eye doctor for 25 years and I have had about 15 pairs of glasses. Each time, I've had to put the glasses away and not use them. They have always made me sick. Until now! McCulley Optix has figured out my issue. Not only was the appointment amazing, but trying to find a new pair of glasses was the best experience! I was taken care of from start to finish, and it was above and beyond customer service! I will tell everyone, about McCulley Optix!

Bought glasses for the first time a few years ago and definitely continue to return in the future. The staff is outstanding and always willing to do whatever they can to make the experience special. Having been in a customer service field i know that great leadership results in great customer interactions with the employees. This is especially true at McCulley Optix.
