Not entirely sure if Mark Pulver was having an "off" day, but based on my experience with him, the number of 5 star reviews is shocking. During my ALMOST 5 minute new patient visit, after waiting 4 MONTHS to get in to the earliest available appointment, I felt like none of my questions were answered and my concerns were dismissed. The staff here is amazing and quality of service is extraordinary. Mark Pulver is sooo understanding and always make me feel seen when I go there. He genuinely cares about the quality of your life and really tries to advocate for your health and explores options that are the best for you rather than just trying to fit you in a typical box. Couldn't recommend enough!
I was referred to Millcreek Dermatology for a rash around my mouth and underneath my nose that I could not get rid of. I was eventually prescribed antibiotics, which cleared it up, although the rash has since returned. Unfortunately, my experience with Mark Pulver, PA, was very disappointing. Very professional. I was seen by Mark Pulver, PA since my regular dermatologist is on maternity leave. He was great. New office is nice. Efficient office staff... all went very smooth.
