I almost never leave reviews but they need to do better. Called as soon as my cat swallowed a foreign object to see if we could get something to induce vomiting. She has had 3 surgeries already because it wasn’t early enough to prevent it being lodged into the intestines. They have to tell me they would have to call me back for one, then they call back saying she would need to be seen before getting medication. We recently had to have our dog Daisy put to sleep. Due to all the emotions, the staff let us use the side door to bring her in. They were so caring and compassionate with us. Today we received a card in the mail signed by all the staff. That says a lot to me. We also received two small cards with Daisy's pawprints on them. I would definitely recommend them to others.
I just love this place. Very nice and helpful staff and doctors. They took very good care of my cat. I thought he wasn't going to make it. He had emergency surgery. Within a few weeks he is back to his normal self.
First visit for my new puppy and I was very pleased. The staff is very friendly and nice. I am so happy to find a vet and groomer that are located together because my puppy will need several visits. It's necessary to drive several miles but this place is worth the extra miles. They are great!! Update: A year later! We are still pleased with the service. Most importantly....Lucy is!! When we arrive, she can't wait to get out of the car. I've gone to other vets and the dog wouldn't want to get out of the car. This says a lot.
I have a 10-year-old Labrador service dog. She’s becoming eat up with baseball size tumors I had one removed on her rear leg. I went to go see Doctor Julie Paulsen. at Montgomery, Animal Clinic.
