Definitely recommend new hope dentist! I have terrible anxiety when going to the dentist but they made me feel very warm and safe every time. Explained everything to me and most importantly had patience, they were very flexible with my situation as well!! 10/10 experience

I needed a new dentist so I found New Hope Dentist online and it was closer than my previous dentist. Everyone is very patient there. If you have any questions or are unsure about a decision, they give you information and let you decide, which I prefer over a dentist telling you that there’s a problem and you need to fix it. The doctor, hygienist, and financial coordinator were all very respectful and made the appointment run smoothly. I highly recommend seeing them for your next dental appointment!

After first visit, recommended unnecessary root planing services. I was skeptical given I hadn’t had any issues when seeing previous dentist, but thought maybe I needed it since it had been an overdue visit. Now my insurance won’t cover it because there’s inadequate proof and they’re pushing an $800 bill onto me. They also were pushing sleep Dr services on me. Overall, do not recommend

All doctors and staffs are very good. They have done a great job in explaining issues and treating. Also they will suggest treatments based on our insurance policy. For example, they have suggested me to do few things next year because my insurance will not cover everything this year. I am coming here for more than a year.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Any charges were explained before they occurred and I was given a chance to question and approve. It was one of my best experiences at the dentist.
