Dr. Mando was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. He explained the current status of my eyes and what results I couldn't expect from surgery. His staff is also very thorough and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I am very comfortable trusting Dr Mando and his staff with eye care.

My experiences at both Pacific ClearVision Institute, and the Pacific Surgery Center, including all the support staff and especially Dr. Joseph Mando, were all positive. All staff were helpful and friendly and very cooperative. All of my questions were answered in a professional manner.
