I had some pretty scary concerns regarding my eyes and Dr.Ambati did everything to search for answer. He is a very kind doctor who comes off as very genuine. All of his staff are also very kind, helpful, knowledgeable. I was very comfortable there and love that they explained everything before they did anything and answered every question I came up with. It's a wonderful office as a whole, clean and easy to navigate. 10/10 would recommend.
this was my first visit with Dr. Ambati. The staff were exceptional In the way they cared for me. Will, the receptionist, was kind, welcoming and helpful. Isabelle, the technician, was professional, efficient and reassuring. Rachelle, who did the cell counts on my eyes, ran into difficulty (not surprising, my eyes are always difficult) with my left eye. Unflustered and good natured throughout it all. My experience was amazing. Dr Ambati and his team were wonderful. They made me feel at home and ok. Reduced my anxiety and made me feel so comfortable. They answered all my questions and were very good at explaining what was going to happen. I would recommended this group for sure. The care after was just as great. The dr called to check on with me himself. What a great touch. Showed me that he really cared how i was doing. This Dr and his team are changing people's lives daily. Thank you Dr Ambati and team.
Dr. Ambati was my 3rd doctor I went to for my corneal issues and I wish he would’ve been my first. We’ve got a game plan and he’s going to fix my issue. His whole staff was friendly, kind and helpful. So glad I was referred to him and his crew of awesome people.
Dr. Mando and his staff are very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions about the cataract surgery. I've only had one eye done so far, so can't say my final results yet, but so far I'm very pleased. I felt able to drive the day after the surgery and only experienced some achiness in the eye the first day.
