We had to take our cat in on Saturday and the staff and Dr Rayner were absolutely fantastic! Everyone was compassionate and professional. We thought we were going to lose him but they performed a procedure that has now given him a chance to live and thrive. They have educated us on his care and dietary changes and we are hoping that we have him for many more years to come. I would and will recommend them for any need with your pets.

I brought my dog Chonky here for his post op recovery and I can’t say enough good things. They were so patient, caring and compassionate. The communication and updates were very comforting during the process. Chonky is now fully recovered and back to his regular day to day. thank you to you all!

I can’t say enough good things about Pet Urgent Response Emergency! I had to bring my dog in after he got into some brownies, and from the very first phone call, they were absolutely incredible. I was hysterical and crying when I called, but Gabby was so calm, kind, and patient — she truly listened, reassured me, and walked me through every step of what to do. My biggest plus with PURE ER is how proactive they are with follow-ups. My cat has a complex heart condition (advanced hypertrophic cardiomyopathy), and every situation at this stage of her disease has been an emergency. PURE ER is always consistent in checking in afterwards and monitoring her closely — something her primary vet never does. I cannot begin to explain how great this place is. If you are looking for a trustworthy emergency vet that is truly focused on what’s best for your fur baby, look no further.
