I visited PURE on 07/09 to treat my babygirl Myx, who has cancer. I brought her here to deal with the necrosis on her back. Although I did not leave with good news, which isn’t unexpected given the cancer, I was given some of the most thorough, honest, empathetic, and kind treatment I’ve received through this entire journey. On Thursday I had my frenchie Frankie get neutered at a different location and unfortunately he developed complications from it. The location recommended this place since we had to transport him to a 24 hour hospital. If it wasn’t for the doctors and vet techs at this place I wouldn’t have him home right now. They had so much patience and spoiled him rotten while he was under their care and answered all my questions no matter what time it was. Bringing Godzilla here was probably one of my best decisions. I’m not quite sure why we picked this ER vet to bring him to when we live almost an hour away but I am so glad that we did. Godzilla’s appetite had changed after being separated from me for about two weeks while I had surgery. We assumed he was just depressed so I changed up his diet. We had to take our cat in on Saturday and the staff and Dr Rayner were absolutely fantastic! Everyone was compassionate and professional. We thought we were going to lose him but they performed a procedure that has now given him a chance to live and thrive. They have educated us on his care and dietary changes and we are hoping that we have him for many more years to come. I would and will recommend them for any need with your pets.
I brought my dog Chonky here for his post op recovery and I can’t say enough good things. They were so patient, caring and compassionate. The communication and updates were very comforting during the process. Chonky is now fully recovered and back to his regular day to day. thank you to you all!
