We had our first visit for my daughter’s braces consultation, and it was such a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and patient. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment plan, answered all of our questions, and made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. Brought my kid here for braces and later Invisalign, and tbh it’s been really solid. Office feels calm, not stressful, and the tech they use looks pretty high-tech, all the screens and scans and stuff. Doctor is patient, walks through the plan step by step in simple words, no rush, even paused so my kid could ask things. Staff is friendly, they joke a bit so my kid relaxes. Progress is obvious now, teeth way straighter and that new smile looks great in photos.
One of the best orthodontist experiences I’ve had so far. Office feels comfortable and modern, lots of high‑tech stuff around and everything explained clearly, step by step. Staff is friendly, they actually call to remind about appointments, which helps a lot with kid schedules. This office was one of the practices recommended by my child's dentist. We came for a consultation and I was pretty impressed by Dr Lu's thoroughness and knowledge. The office staff is always polite and professional. And the office is always clean and well maintained. Dr Lu has been great and is always able to put my kid at ease. Highly recommend!
Really good experience here for my kid’s braces. The office feels calm and comfy, not stiff at all, and the staff is genuinely friendly, like they remember small things about my kid. The doctor is patient, walks through every step in plain English, even showed us the scans and digital plan on the screen, which felt pretty high‑tech. My kid was nervous at first and then just relaxed, so that alone sold me. Results already looking nice, the smile is changing in a good way.
