My son had been here previously with his father and David (my son) said he liked it. Coming from a teenager, that's all I was going to get. Dr. Garratt is very informative, he explains in words that are easy to understand. His staff is also very helpful.
Great. Been a patient in past years and never had any issues.And that still holds true today. No pressure to purchase frames you can't afford, appointments on time, very little waiting at all.

Save your money I have pretty good eye care coverage and still ended up paying close to $200 for all the bells & whistles they up sold me. Come to find out that my insurance has three different tiers and they automatically bill you had the highest tier. Their frames are way over priced for their selection. I thought this was convenient because it was close to work but the pricing and poor service made it not worth my while. I will NOT be returning.
San Dimas Optometry terrible service they could not get me a pair of glasses that I could see with, the first pair the lab messed up, second pair same thing,after waiting two months I decided to get tri-focals instead of progressive and the tech raised the lines. I could not see anything. I of course became very upset, did I mention I paid over $ 700.00,they said I would be charged more to have them sent back to be corrected.
