I saw an ad on FB and decided to check it out. After learning my history and x-rays, Dr. Ben explained to me what I needed, what they could do, the full treatment, and pricing. I signed up right then. I have been going for about 3 wks now and so glad I made the decision to check it out. The entire staff is friendly, caring, and professional. The ambiance is great! Dr. Ben and the staff interact with everyone and it makes it fun. So far I am a happy and look forward to my next visit. Highly recommend.
I was VERY impressed by the amount of time the doctor was willing to spend with me, the way I was treated, and the way two other patients were treated. While I can't spend the money now for the full treatment plan, I will be back in May when my financial situation is in a better state. I don't want to deter anyone though because it's definitely reasonable. It's just my finances that are tight right now. The staff were wonderful too!

I went in for the complimentary consultation after seeing a Facebook ad. Dr. Ben and his entire were very caring and professional. Every detail was explained and the consultation was a very thorough exam. I was even more impressed that the questionnaire that was completed before the visit had been reviewed and included in the consultation. I am looking forward to getting started and sharing my journey to better. Better movement, more experiences and exciting opportunities.
Yesterday was my first day at the clinic, but Dr. McNeil was very thorough in explaining to me what problems was and going through, and step by step what he would be working on to start treatment. He also explained to me that I was going to have to make sure I did my part in helping also, especially working at home on my own. I will be starting my first session on Friday, I can't wait to get started.
