We had to make the heartbreaking decision to help our sweet boxer Smokey over the rainbow bridge. When a friend told us we could go through this process at home with the help of Symphony mobile clinic, it was truly a no brainer decision. Symphony Mobile Clinic is the best kept secret in Wayne County! Our large breed dog was in severe pain and would not move when we woke up this morning. I called Symphony Mobile Clinic around 0730 when I realized that there was no way to get him in the truck for a trip to our vet or the emergency vet without him suffering. The team triaged him adequately and our wait time was appropriate for the situation (considering that other animals could have been in much more distress than ours). The team handled everything. I called Symphony Vet based on a friend's recommendation as I struggled with the heartbreaking decision to euthanize my 16 YO Chiweenie. Dr. Roberson and her assistant are absolutely amazing. I appreciated that Dr. Roberson explained the entire procedure and she asked me to tell Max's story. The entire procedure was peaceful and the care they showed my sweet old boy was wonderful. I'm glad his final moments were at home on the lap of his favorite person. I highly recommend them!
