I took my father for a surgery scheduled at 11:30 AM. He was instructed not to eat beforehand. He is diabetic, and his last meal was at 9:00 PM the night before his appointment. We were never informed of any expected delays or overbooking and ended up waiting for more than five hours. Eventually, the nurses came and said they were overbooked, which is completely unacceptable. These people are AWESOME!!! I had cataract surgery here and I was so scared. They treated me like family and really eased my fears. I can't say enough about how well they took care of me and I will be forever grateful to them! Now instead of being so scared, I can't wait to have them do my other eye! I will of course be nervous but nothing like that first time and I have PA Laser and Surgery to thank for that. Longer then normal registration process took 45 minutes after arrival time of 6:30 am to get registered Meet by nasty rude registration clerk. Demand a ssi not required. The nursing staff and physicians are fantastic but I would recommend using a different surgical center due to lack of respect from the very front person who should be warm and welcoming
I would like to thank Tara and Jonie for being supportive, hilarious, caring and excellent nurses during my sister's visit. If I were to attend your facility at any given time. I would definitely recommend you both to oversee my well being. Thank you so much, ❤️❤️Autumne
