Dr. Moon is approachable and highly skilled, explaining the treatment plan clearly and making sure I understood each step of the process. Coming to Washington Orthodontics is a NO BRAINER! Meaning: They make the whole experience and process so, so easy. The staff are all friendly and professional and Dr. Moon really invests in his patients. He provides good information, custom-fit results, all with a gentle bed-side manner. I’ve been wanting to straighten my teeth for years and I’m so pleased that I chose Washington Orthodontics to help me achieve this goal of a great smile that I can feel really proud of!👍
I haven’t gotten my braces yet, but everyone at Factoria Orthodontist has been super nice so far! They explained everything really clearly and made me feel way less nervous about getting braces. The office is really clean and the people there are friendly and funny, which helps a lot. I actually feel excited to start now!
