I had a great experience at this orthodontist office! The entire team is super nice, welcoming, and professional. They really take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. dr.moon and jacob are the best!! i came in for a second opinion on how to move forward with my invisalign treatment plan and they took the time to give me clarity and validate all my feelings / concerns. the clinic itself was also such a welcoming and comfortable experience. 10/10 recommend them if you’re looking for anything regarding your teeth :)
Such a wonderful experience at WA Orthodontics. We completed a comprehensive evaluation, during which they took detailed diagnostic images and scans and clearly explained our treatment options. We were pleasantly impressed by their level of care and welcoming atmosphere. The office was very clean and featured modern facilities. Our treatment coordinator made our child feel safe and included throughout the process. We would highly recommend WA Orthodontics to friends and family!
We were worried about whether our daughters could continue their orthodontic treatment, which started in Korea, after moving to the U.S. However, we were so pleasantly surprised by the results here — far beyond our expectations. The doctor is very thorough, and all the staff are kind and caring, making the girls feel comfortable and even enjoy their visits.
