Great staff, never been happier. I had the pleasure of bringing my cat to the Citrus Heights Pet Hospital last week for a check up. When I went in I was greeted with the most friendly staff. When I found out I had to get shots for my cat I was a little worried. Dr. Brickson eased my worries and made me feel comfortable with the few shots my cat had to receive. Thank you for your professionalism, and kind hearts.

Beware of rip offs I loved Dr Henricks BUT not happy with the female Dr who took out "9" of my dogs teeth yesterday without informing me first. Yes I expected one or two BUT 9...wait a minute. I'm a dental professional and never would we do this to a patient without permission. Very un happy and now my cute little dog has NO front teeth. How would she feel if it were her dog or her child! I am outraged. No...

Weekend vet isn't nice I agree with emma28. The weekend vet isn't nice. If a dog doesn't behave the way she likes, she says, "the dog needs training". My dog is a dog. He isn't a human child. He doesn't feel comfortable being at a vet. The vet does NOT have a good customer service skill. If have to take my dogs to a vet on the weekend, I'd definitely take them to different vet. It'd be great if Dr. Henricks...

I used to love this place when I would be able to see Dr. Hendricks. Now I am only able to go on the weekends and the woman that works there on the weekends is horrible. Not only do I feel like I'm talking to a salesman, but she's also extremely rude.
