The staff is always friendly and helpful.
They were so very supportive when I was so scared about what was wrong with my little puppy. The Dr knew right away what was wrong and was so gentle with her examination. He thoroughly explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything I was facing and consenting to. Even when I had to leave my 15 week old puppy for the night, the staff were supportive and made sure I had the clinic phone number to call in the morning for an update.
Amazing service. Staff is super friendly and so good with pets. I recommend them!!
My dog had diarrhea early Sat morning so I added canned pumpkin to her breakfast and dinner. She seemed fine throughout the day but kind of lethargic. Sat night she woke me 4 or 5 times to take her out. It was very dark and I knew she was having more bouts of it. Once daylight came I noticed it was very bloody and I knew she was in trouble. I called the West side Animal Hospital as I had her there for her shots in Jan. They got us in at 11:30 and the Dr. took the time to explain what she was likely facing .
