Fur babies come first in Dr Ely's care . They are wonderful vets who love your fur babies almost as much as you do. They have excellent care and always top notch for my animals! This vet does not gouge you with unnecessary costs and labs/vaccines. Pets come first always Dr Ely takes the time to listen to your concerns and doesn't push unneeded testing. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my babies. Staff is fantastic and works closely with the Dr's . Don't take a risk, stick with the best!!!
I’ve been taking my cat here for a while now and have always had a pleasant experience with Dr. Jen. However, today my cat was seen by Nicole Locher and it was horrible. She was the RUDEST veterinarian I have ever come across. I got her recommendations for my cat from the tech(also rude) and while I was trying to figure out cheaper ways to care for my cat, they basically told me I was killing my cat because I was asking them questions and not agreeing to what they said right away.
