be able to get your pet an appointment if there's an urgent matter. 2 weeks out???
Called in to have my cat checked because of a medical emergency. They said because im a new customer it would take at least 3 weeks. Also threw in a very condescending "my dear" when talking to me over the phone. Never heard of such nonsense even after being a surgical vet tech at a large practice for 5 years. Terrible attitude and service. Not interested in new patients.
