Waited for almost an hour and 2 hours from my appointment time to see the Dr. Finally at the 50 minute mark I left. Would not recommend this company. 0 stars if I could.

RecommendedI love how you changed my review to state that I recommend this horrible company when I do NOT recommend it at all! After going to the cottage grove location for 3 days straight I was finally given a prescription today for contacts, however it's the wrong one entirely. It is not the contacts that I previously used nor is it the contacts the 1st eye doctor had me try on that worked for me. This eye doctor today picked random contacts for my prescription. I really wish I would have listened to the mediocre reviews on the United Healthcare website but I gave this place a chance because it's in a great location and I wanted more info on LASIK. Dr. Lorenzen is very knowledgeable but seemed cold and disinterested. Then, upon time to sign the consent form to get fitting for contacts I was assured that the 60 dollar charge would be billed to my insurance.
