RecommendedWe just had our first experience at palencia pet center and Dr. Jacob Vencil is amazing! He took the time to be very thorough with his examination of our two cats. The staff was very friendly and helpful and his hours are very accommodating! The convenience of being able to take our pets to our local, friendly neighborhood veterinarian has made being a pet owner so much easier! Thank you Palencia pet center for a FANTASTIC experience!!

RecommendedBy far the nicest / cleanest vet I've ever been to. I didn't wait at all as soon as I walked in I was taken into a room with an assistant and was taken care of immediately. Within 30 minutes I was back on my way. My little water bug had a ear infection��� It also may have been decorated cuter then my house �� I need help! Lol� Much better then the previous vet I took Kora to for her first puppy visit where I sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes then sat in a room by myself for another 20 minutes before anyone even so me.... read more

RecommendedCan't say 'Thank You' enough to Dr. Vencil who was able to see our dog in an emergency situation. The staff squeezed us in on a busy Saturday and Dr. Vencil was able to use his extensive emergency medical experience to treat our sweet boy, run tests and refer us to a specialty surgery center. The entire staff was incredibly communicative and sensitive. We are thrilled to have a Vet that can communicate as well with people as he does with animals. Thank you Dr. Vencil and Palencia Vet Clinic!
