Dr.Guadipally and his staff have always been fantastic to all 3 of my animals. Nothing is too much trouble and staff always great me and the dogs with such a warm welcome. In fact, my Chocolate Lab even pulls me toward the entrance and walks straight to the back of the surgery to his favourite place to sit until they are ready to see him. Believe me , thus is the first time my boy has ever done this. I trust the staff here with anything.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They had given my dog a vaccine incorrectly and entered the muscle that caused a bump in her shoulder . The first time I called they didn’t seem to care so they gave a shot and pills . Then my dogs tears her skin open on that site . I go back and they tell me it is allergies so they give her an allergy shot and wanted to see her on two weeks they DID NOT make a follow up I had to call . Now they tell me she needs surgery . Poorly managed, never received an invoice, confirmed they had the correct address, sent to collections two years after the passing of my pet without trying to contact me directly.
I called for prices and an appointment time. Told them my 10 week old puppy needed to get her second round of vaccinations. They told me what they thought she needed and that it would be around $60, but they would call her previous vet to find out what all had already been done to her. Got to the appointment and they said they got the previous records.
