Up until now I had nothing but glowing praise for this establishment, now I’m going to search for another optician, which is sad because I actually like Dr. Silverio. I ordered some Oliver People’s frames from the online store and took them to have my prescription added and get my lens insurance discount. After 3 weeks I finally get called to pick them up, so I asked the “tech” to adjust the behind the ear arm; he adjusted all right—broke my expensive frames! LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE , STAFF HAS POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS, THEY CALLED SAID THEY VERIFIED INS THEN ON DAY OF APPT THEY SAID OH THEY APOLOGIZE THAT NO ONE HAD CALLED ME BUT THE COULD NOT TAKE INS.. WHEN ASKED WHY THEY DID NOT CONTACT ME I WAS GIVEN THE ANSWER "I DON'T KNOW" THEY FRONT DESK DID NOT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT CONTRADICTING WHAT EACH OTHER WAS SAYING....CHAOTIC MESS, WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR THEM TO FIGURE OUT WHO MADE THE ERROR ANOTHER CUSTOMER WAS ARGUING ABOUT HOW THEY TOLD HER ONE PRICE BUT CHARGED... read more
