Also they let me make an appointment via message (not many vets accommodate this), but it was VERY helpful for me! Most staff are very pleasant, and they treated my rabbit with care, even called her by name the whole time. They asked if she preferred water from a bottle or a bowl which is not something most people would think to ask! That made me feel so much better about leaving... read more
