Great staff members but the vet herself is very rude. Had our dog neutered last week and had to bring him back due to concerns and the vet never even looked at him because she was “in surgery” but a few minutes later she was out back yelling because of the dumpster being used by the “public”. We will not be returning.
Of course all the reviews on their Facebook page are positive because they control the reviews but if you go online and check the reviews the page has flown the coop, they will kill your pet!
Took my pet to affordable for neutering. They preformed his operation without updating me the entire day of his condition on picking him up they forgot to send me home with his pain medications so he went the next 24 hours with no pain medication. The next morning he woke up urinating bright red blood (never having ever done this prior to operation). I arrived at 7:50 am to drop off my dog for a spade and shots. I was the 1st car there. 3 other cars pulled up and was waited on and left before me. I had to call them to remind them I had been waiting since they opened at 8. At 9 they finally took Bella in. Now I’m 45 mins late for work. They said pick her up between 4–430. Got there at 3:50. their prices are not in any better than any other veterinary places in Harrison area they are also very pushy and do not listen to the people who own the pets
