As usual, prompt and courteous service. When I leave my pups I know they will be treated well.
The staff was cheerful and very helpful in explaining the product (Bravecto) I am trying this for the first time on my dog Moe.
I was a little disappointed with the receptionist during my visit. When I came in she did not acknowledge me for a little bit. She then said she'd be with me in a minute as she continued working on her computer. There were no other clients in the office nor was she on the phone.
Took my dog for a toenail trim. Everyone's friendly. Scheduling was a breeze & no wait.

CTAH's staff is helpful and knowledgeable, but most of all, they are friendly and kind. You can always have the former, but having the latter is special.
