Staff has excellent bedside manner. My cat, Bud, normally hates going to the vet, but they managed to put him at ease. They answered all my questions and provided me with a cost estimate before providing a treatment plan. No surprise bills from this place.

My family have been with Central Texas Animal hospital for over 15 years. We moved west of Austin but we still bring our dogs to CTA. We trust them completely with our animals. They have the best staff and customer service.
Picking up meds for my dogs during a tight financial period. So Mary hand wrote a list for each dog and cost of things they needed. Now we will try a figure how to get stuff done. She was so understanding of my situation and just made it easier to deal with. She deserves a big raise for treating people like people . Thank you.
We have been using Central Texas Animal Hospital for 18 years. By far the best customer service I see. The front staff really care about our cats.
The vet was wonderful and helped to answer my concerns about my cat's weight. The two vet techs were awesome as always.
