Wonderful staff and doctors. Always treat out kitties with love. So glad to have them available for emergencies of which we have had our share.

I took my Australian Shepherd there as recommended because he suddenly went deaf after falling into a trench and had to be rescued. The vet that saw him said "his ears flinched when she dropped a heavy book". so in her opinion his hearing was ok. well, it's not. No labs were drawn to check for infection, no scans done either. $150.00 .

TAKING ANY ANIMAL THERE EXPECTING FOLLOW THROUGH AND COMPASSION AND SERVICE DONE RIGHT! They can start by being compassionate about what the owner of the pet is going through. My daughter "had" 2 pugs...1st pug died in 2018 on our daughters birthday...she did exactly what her vet told her but when she took her to this place late in the evening they said "you probably killed your dog." Multiple visits, multiple tests, multiple "surgeries " over several months and all the doc said after all that and close to $4000 later was basically nothing. No idea what was wrong. Surgeries scheduled then canceled because the doc changed his mind, more than once. Surgeries scheduled and performed with no definitive results, only speculation. For emergency care late at nite ok. But for all else, find yourself and your pet another vet.

Avoid at all costs. Drs unsympathetic and rude especially Chernisky. Will drive 2 hours south to avoid this place. New Pets Hospital ER in Orcutt much better hands down.

Just got a call from my best friend. I am cannot say how mad I am with these people. My friends dog gets mauled by the neighbors dogs, he takes the dog to them because that's what a responsible dog owner does. They give him an estimate of $3600 and then they keep raising up the price every couple of days and the neighbor is paying for the damages. It finally got up so high that they made my friend sign the dog over. My friend still had to pay almost $5000 and not get his dog back. What kind of company charges a person and ta... read more
