Brought a puppy in we just got that was puking. Only symptom. Turned out he had parvo. We put him in treatment and he was doing fine. They called us said he had a 90 percent chance to live and his fever went away. The next day a different vet called and said 70 percent chance and his fever never actually went away. I brought my cat in two months ago in March because he was throwing up and my vet was fully booked at the time. They did 2 Xrays that cost me well over 600 dollars and told me they weren't sure what they were seeing and needed to do another Xray that would cost me an additional $600, I was a little skeptical they also didn't make it sound like something I should really be worried about. brought in my italian greyhound who was attacked... her bone in her leg was exposed and obviously in pain. i had no access to funds until friday and offered to sign contracts and do payments anything to save my dog. they said without the 90$ just to see her, they couldn't do anything. they told me to call 2 financing companies to get a loan for 1000$ down. the vet doctor would not even come and look at her. financing turned me away. they turned me and my injured helpless dog away. how can they have NO COMPASSION. I went in with my cat over a week ago they did blood work and never got back to me on the results will never go again
I run zoes rescue - this vet Can be very good - the vets care and pricing is often very competitive - it can get very busy at times and that can be a concern as things can be overlooked. I have been very pleased with their work and had issues as well - working to resolve those with clinic
