I have revised my review as Dr Menjivar has responded below that she will pursue legal action for defamation. That was not my intent, I was trying to express my side of things as Caesar and I were the ones that went through this traumatic experience. My dog injured his leg and could not walk. I called at 7:11 pm an they will not see him as they close at 8. We have used this clinic for years, but never again. !! Disappointed and disgusted.

Shame on you all... for not allowing families to be present while euthanizing their fur babies! I’ve used your services for many years and was very disappointed & hurt at your procedures during this difficult time! No one should have to die alone and in the arms of strangers.

I took my cat here last September and wanted to update cause he’s still throwing up every other day. The prices seemed really cheap compared to other clinics and when arriving the staff was nice. But I honestly felt afterwards and I still regret wasting my time and money going as I got no answer to my cats illnesses. If I knew I would have walked out of there with no answers and $200 less I wouldn’t have went there and I would have spent my money at a different vet clinic. probably the worst service I have ever had there was just a couple days go! not the first time my self or other friends an family have had issues with this place . one the vet was never able to look at my shitzue he was always scared of my dog (dog was seen by them from age 3 to 17 an had no teeth in the end an still was sacred of my dog an hes not agressive ) they butchered my old roommates dog when she got spayed. my cat was in there care for 22 hours not one phone call to even let me know my cat made it threw the night... read more

we had to euthanize our 12 year old dog here recently, and while they were very nice and respectful at that time, we paid to get our dogs ashes back and they didn't bother to do the paperwork properly. so we didnt get our best friends ashes back, my wife and kids are devastated. their "apology" consisted of a half-assed written sorry card with a $25 Starbucks card in it. sorry, but that doesn't make my kids (who were making something to put their first dogs ashes in) feel better. totally unprofessional that a vet would... read more

After waiting weeks for a call back about the lack of compassion & care for a potentially deathly condition, I felt inclined to give this review. My young dog needed stitches on a Sunday- I waited hours to get in which I was 110% fine with as I didn’t have an appointment but after her procedure was done the vet & vet tech told me they noticed something that “likely could be fatal”. You get what you pay for that's for sure... I found the entire experience to be very cold. from the atmosphere, to the techs to the vet. this is like a medicenter of vets. the vet hardly asked me any questions. she didnt even want to touch my cat, and he is the sweetest most loving boy. I was there not even 10 minutes and on my way again. they prescribed my cat liquid medication (metronidazole) which I'm told is the most awful tasting stuff on earth. he fought me tooth and nail and scratched my face up in the process I phon... read more
