I have been taking my three cats here for over two years, and have always received great service. For our last visit my little 2yo cat Shadow was in a critical condition. We walked in five minutes before they closed and the wonderful doctor Sharma and staff that helped stayed overtime to help my baby out. Thank you so much!
Where to start? I cannot even begin to express the excellent service I have received from this vet clinic but am going to try in this review. The last few months have been very difficult for me and my family because we lost our girl Ginger who was the love of my life. I found Dr. Gosal in October of 2016 and I thank god that I did. I had to take my puppy Stella to Edmonton West Animal Hospital a few days ago because her regular vet could not get her in right away. She had been ill - not eating or drinking, vomiting, diarrhea - and she was very lethargic. Dr. Sharma examined her and he was so gentle and caring. He gave me his direct opinion on what treatment plan he thought would be best, which I appreciated as the vet I had been taking Stella to prior to this always beat around the bush and didn't really tell me what NEEDED to be done. Just got home from here with my girl Bailey, vet was super understanding about my money situation and holding off on bloodwork, explained everything and told me what he would choose to do! Receptionist was so friendly! I was so nervous as to what's going on with her but I felt comfortable! Will definitely be using them as her vet from now on! Couldn't be happier! As soon as we got home Bailey ate a bowl of food and drank water so we are off to a great start!
A fantastic animal hospital. Their hours are great- very convenient for working pet owners. The staff there genuinely care about animals, are the epitome of professionalism, demonstrate consistently high-quality customer service, and have very knowledgable doctors and staff. And their prices are unbeatable! The best animal hospital in the city, by my estimation
My dog got into some raisins and I rushed him to the vet, they got me in right away and had him barfing out raisins in no time :) I am forever grateful to Dr. Gosal and Dr. Sharma
